Bob Poole will be here to tell us about the Panhandle Area Council. They have great programs for businesses and economic development in the community. Join us at 5pm tonight Tuesday 3/11/2014.
Pike Fishing starts now
The rising waters are bringing the pike close to shore in the shallows along route 97 by the Coeur d’Alene river dike. Brave souls are out in the rain and cold, or at least their poles are sitting out there!
Economic Development Committee Meeting
- We are hosting an open meeting at city hall this Tuesday the 11th at 5pm. If you have interests in the direction the city is taking with projects and infrastructure we need your input. The city has money for matching grant funds available. There are several projects in the works. This is a great opportunity for volunteers to help identify business opportunities within the community and to help by maintaining blogs such as this, or a facebook page… any help that would get information into the community is appreciated.
Bird migration is in full swing!
This is the perfect time of the year to see snow geese, song birds, swans, Canadian Geese, and ducks in Harrison, ID.
